We believe in the value of a thorough, complete examination and in making recommendations to our patients as if they were members of our own family. We believe in educating patients to allow them to make informed choices. It is imperative that diagnosis and education always precede treatment. Informed consent is not only a legal right but an ethical responsibility. Thus a comprehensive examination is a prerequisite for all but emergency treatment.
